sticky layered cake

It's my first time to make this layered cake. The top of the cake came out a little too dry because I cooled it down in the refrigerator without wrapping it with a plastic wrap. So, do not forget to wrap it before you place it in the fridge! This cake doesn't last for a long time, probably for a few days.
