soy & honey mustard chicken

Oven-baked Soy & Honey Mustard Chicken
Serves 2



2chicken breasts
2tbsp soy sauce
2tbsp hoisin sauce
2tbsp honey
2tbsp dijon mustard
4 cloves garlic
juice of 1 lime

1. Make a 3 cuts on the the chicken breasts and squeeze the lime all over the chicken, set aside.
2. Mix all the ingredients together and pour over the chicken. Marinade overnight for better taste but for a quick one, marinade it for an hour or two.
3. Preheat the oven to 425°F and bake the chicken for 20-35 minutes until it's cooked. Reserve some of the sauce and heat it in a pan with some onions to serve on top of the chicken.

I don't have a barbecue grill so I used oven, but if you have a grilling machine, it would be faster.
